The National Conference on Worker Safety and Health (#COSHCON18) will bring together hundreds of activists and practitioners at a time of renewed discussion about the best way to create safe and healthy workplaces.

As a leader in defending workers’ rights to safe and healthy workplaces, you can support this important event by: 

  • Adding a link to your website and sharing materials about our conference
  • Become an “endorsing organization,” granting permission to use your name and logo on promotional materials
  • Become a Conference Sponsor – see opportunities below
  • Contributing to the Worker Scholarship Program, which will allow worker centers and others to participate.

Visionary: $10,000 - Includes:

  • Organization banner displayed at the Conference (Sponsor must provide banner)
  • 4 Full Conference Registrations + 10% off Registration for additional attendees
  • Full page ad in Conference Program (Ads should be high-resolution PDF format, full page - 6.5 x 9"; half page - 6.5" x 5.5")

Champion: $5,000 - Includes:

  • Organization banner displayed at the Conference (Sponsor must provide banner)
  • 2 Full Conference Registrations + 10% off Registration for additional attendees
  • Full page ad in Conference Program (Ads should be high-resolution PDF format, full page - 6.5 x 9"; half page - 6.5" x 5.5")

Leadership: $3,500 - Includes:

  • 1 Full Conference Registration + 10% off Registration for additional attendees
  • Full page ad in Conference Program (Ads should be high-resolution PDF format, full page - 6.5 x 9"; half page - 6.5" x 5.5")
  • Table/booth at the Expo (if desired)

Steward: $2,500 - Includes:

  • Full page ad in Conference Program (Ads should be high-resolution PDF format, full page - 6.5 x 9"; half page - 6.5" x 5.5")

  • Attendee Tote bag Insert (Sponsor must provide item if desired)
  • Acknowledgment in Conference Program and Conference Website as Steward Organization

Scholarship Fund: _______ Each $500 provides much-needed support to cover conference registration fees and accommodations for an attendee from a small non-profit or grassroots organization. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged in Conference Program and Conference Website.
